In the workshop we will investigate the different ways of entering and leaving the ground effectively, using the energy of the ground, without the use of force and taking advantage of the body's impulses, through technical exercises and improvisation exercises.
We will investigate in a subtle and above all organic way the introduction of acrobatic movements directed towards dance, avoiding preparations and so on.
We will also work on duet dance, performing different types of lifts and dynamics of working in pairs, using the weight of the other as a base and using the contact-improvisation technique.
The student will be invited to develop self-confidence and confidence in their partner, learning to enjoy the thrill and the risk.
