BIOGRAPHY:
Marta Pazos (Pontevedra, 1976) is a stage director, performer and
set designer. Transgressive and outspoken, she has established herself as one of
the most effervescent minds of the Spanish theatrical avant-garde.
She is the artistic director and playwright of the Voadora company, along with the
which develops its own language based on the plastic arts, the
music, and constant stage research.
She has a degree in Fine Arts from the University of Barcelona.
He studies at the Scuola Cònia of the Societas Raffaello Sanzio directed
by Claudia Castellucci in Italy.
Since 2000 he has directed theatre and opera for venues such as the
Royal Theatre of Madrid, Spanish Theatre, Teatre Lliure, Centre
Galician Dramatic, or MA scène nationale in France. His montages

Girona, Almagro Festival, Classics in Alcalá, Almada Festival

FIT Ibero-American Theater of Cádiz, the Galician Art Center
Contemporary CGAC, at the Escola Superior de Música e Artes do
ESMAE show in Porto or at dance and

Among other accolades, it boasts the Dorotea Bárcena Honorary Award from
Fetega for her career and three María Casares Theatre Awards.
Voadora has won more than a dozen awards. In 2013 they received
the Galicia Critics' Prize.
