SYNOPSIS
This is the story of Mawala, a teenager discovering his identity, his person, his body. However, what he feels about himself does not correspond with the values of his family and environment: virility, masculinity,Heteronormativity. Faced with prejudice, bullying, and humiliation, Mawala seeks to break free from the chains that are so often imposed upon her.

It represents an ode to freedom. Freedom of bodies, of sexual orientation, of gender, the freedom to be oneself. How can we seek this freedom in the face of intolerance, the weight of social norms, and the contempt for difference? How can we free ourselves from the mask they try to force upon us?
