Masterclass taught by Elena Puchol Sola
In this masterclass, we will explore the body's sensitivity through improvisation techniques that allow us to discover new ways of inhabiting it. We will work from the unknown, seeking ways to approach movement without resorting to our usual patterns. To do this, we will experiment with omitting certain senses and altering our bodily perception. Concealing our identity will be a key tool for challenging our relationship with our own image and exploring unexpected physical possibilities. Through guided exercises, we will journey through states of presence and transformation, where the body becomes a territory for exploration beyond what we know. It is essential to bring a t-shirt to cover your face, thus enabling an immersive experience in which movement can arise from sensation, rather than form.
